Sarah Ockwell-Smith is a Homeopath & HypnoBirthing Practitioner and mum to three little boys living in Essex. After the birth of her 3rd child, an 11lb 3oz baby boy born at home in a birthing pool with no pain relief at all, Sarah decided to train as a HypnoBirthing practitioner in the hopes of helping others to have an equally calm and enjoyable birth experience.
