Small 6-12lb (2.75-5.5kg)
Medium 10-20lb (4.5-9kg)
Medium/Large 20-27lb (9-12.5kg) - a narrow fitting wrap for tall, slim babies
Large 27-35lb (9-16kg)
XLarge 35lb+ (16kg+)
